The house has 1.5 bath but the half bathroom on the main floor is set aside for the person living in the basement and has two cabinets for bathroom storage, a toilet and sink. The bathroom upstairs contains the shower, but it is very spacious and has lots of room for any shower supplies. The house has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room, along with a back porch area. The house is fully furnished and has all the appliances needed, such as a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machines, and a deep freeze. There is a full basement with areas for storage as well as a washer and dryer. The room for sublease has storage built into the wall, along with a full closet and storage drawers under the bed. The room also has access to the crawl space. The room has a bed and a desk as well as a bookshelf. The renter leaving the room and coming back will store all their stuff in the basement and crawl space, but will leave the lamps on the desk and shelf. There are currently four girls living here, and three over the summer, so it would be preferable that the sublease be a female since the main bathroom is shared. The first rent for May is due on April 25th, and the sublease would end at the end of August. The months are somewhat flexible, and if needed, move-in dates can be modified.
