Holding Deposit: $1,000 (non-refundable; to be applied toward the Damage Deposit on Sep 5, 2025).
Damage Deposit: Equivalent to one months rent, due by 4pm on Sep 5, 2025.
First Rental Payment: One months rent ($1390), due by 4pm on Sep 5, 2025.
Second Rental Payment: One months rent ($1390), due by 4pm on Oct 5, 2025.
Third Rental Payment: One months and four days rent ($1575), due by 4pm on Nov 5, 2025.
Utilities: Payable within 3 days upon the issuance of bills by Enmax. The full amounts of the bills issued in Oct, Nov, Dec of 2025 and 13% of Jan of 2026 will be deemed as the payable amounts.
Wi-Fi (optional): $73.50 per month, payable on the same due dates as rental payments. $73.50 on 5th of Sep and Oct, and $83.00 on Nov 5, 2025.
