Casa Canario Zuno Lafayete is neighbour of La friendlya and is at 10 minutes from Chapultepec Av. walking and also walking access to several areas of cultural and gastronomic interest. If we have to describe CASA CANARIO ZUNO, it results in: large house with industrial-craft decoration, embraced by a huge ancient ceiba tree that shows its big branches to the main terrace, giving shade and freshness. Terraces, amplitude, ventilation, light, large windows, super Wi-Fi signal (several repeaters) and area to work with laptops. Industrial handicrafts of yesteryear, design, time and dedication in each selected object. Comfort, privacy and plants.

RULES. PLEASE: Visits or people who are not guests are not accepted (extra $15 usd will be charged as an extra person).- Keep the kitchen and bathroom clean.
- Wash your dishes, glasses, etc., once you finish using them. Once they are dry, put them back where you took them.
- If you break something, replace it on the next days or pay for it.

-Don’t leave the lights on. Just use what you need and turn them o when you don’t use them 
 -It is not allowed to make parties or events.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside, except if you do it by an open window.
- Be sure to lock the door always. The street locks must ALWAYS stay closed with both locks, this is very important.
- If you loose the keys, there will be an extra charge.
- If you want to invite someone, please let me know in advance.
- - I highly appreciate order and cleaningness on the common areas, and so respect for every object on the house and the house itself.
- Leave the place as you found it -Only smoking is allowed in open areas (terrace and patios) - Make good use of the refrigerator, using it only for your purpose and before leaving, discard the leftovers of food that you will not consume or carry with you -After 5 days of refrogerado any food, if we observe that it remains in the refrigerator we will discard it for hygiene and maintain free spaces for the rest of the guests.
