There is easy access to buses, Taxi and metro. Easy access into dubai and Sharjah.
Need short term for at least 3 month or long term for at least 6 months.

Preferable Western or Western educated

Internet and all other bills are paid separately.
I will require any or any Tenant renting, form of ID copy, emirates ID for those residents in UAE
