I rent two single rooms of 8m2 and 9 m2 very sunny with its own bathroom (sharing betwen both) , good views and not noice.Free from the 1th of juny. It is in a very cozy big atico of 120 m2 with lift and a large terrace. It is very well connected and located just in front of the tube station Virrey Amat (the blue line at 15 min to the center of Barcelona), shops and market. It’s fully equipped with wifi , dishwasher, drying machine, microwave, Telephone, TV etc. All bills included. In the house lives a mother (musicien) with a 14 years old child. I have 2 small cats but they are always in my room o in the terrace.
I prefer student people during all year around or anybody for the summer.
