Short or long term rental

My condo is in Büyükada - Prinkipo of Prince Islands 10 min. walking distance to the Pier and center.
I travel to Los Angeles several months a year and I am looking for a clean and discreet tenant.
Can be single or a couple or open minded or hetereo or can have friends to come over or can have cats.
As long as I get the apartment back in the same condition as I rent :)

Corporations and Expats ok, will make legal contract and can write it off as rental expence.

Has a large terrace with sea views 3 bedrooms and a storgae room.
