I will get back to you asap. Deposits To reserve an apartment we need a 25% deposit. For New Years and Carnival we require a 50% deposit. You can either pay the advance payment through PayPal or our bank account in Sweden or Brazil. Deposits are not refundable. In some cases we may be able to credit you with a future rental. Reservation Confirmation As soon as your deposit is received we will confirm the reservation with the owner and send you a "Reservation Confirmation Letter" via email with the full details. Please email me your flight arrival details at this time. ( Name of Airline, Flight Number and Time of Arrival ). We do offer transportation to and from the airport to the apartment. Our driver charges 70.00 reais each way. Arrival in Rio - Check-In On the day of your arrival one of my assistants will be waiting in the lobby of the building for you. He will take you up, show you the apartment and give you the keys. Please pay him the balance in cash at this time. Each apartment will have a set of clean sheets and towels. Check out time is at 11.00 am. If you would like to have a later check out time please advise us in advance and the charge will be an extra 1/2 day. Damages or Stolen Property You are responsible for the apartment and all the contents therein. Rio Star Apartments is not responsible and will not be held liable for any damages or losses. You are also 100% responsible for your own personal property. Please do not bring any expensive jewelry, cameras, etc. Do so at your own risk. If there are any damages, please report them promptly. Noise Our apartments are located in upscale apartment buildings with upper-class Brazilian and professionals. Please respect your neighbors.
