Our home is a very private back duplex unit located centrally in Berkeley, 10 minutes walk to North Berkeley Bart and just a couple minutes walk to some lovely cafes. It has a spacious living room, small but highly functional kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a fully furnished bedroom with an excellent new bed. The home has tons of sunlight, is very clean (shoe free house...) and has a very private backyard for sunbathing and outdoor dining! The dates are somewhat flexible, but ideally June 13 - July 21.

The rental price includes cleaning services, high speed wifi and all utility bills.
