Americans Moving Pattern Could Effect Rent Amounts
The Carsey Institute at the University of New Hampshire has analyzed data from the Census Bureau and the Internal Revenue Service that indicates that Americans are no longer fleeing states such as New York, Massachusetts and California en mass as they had before to live in southern states. It is possible that this could effect the rental prices in all areas as supply and demand shifts.
