What is included in our Property Management Agreement

Our Property Management Agreement defines that both the owner of the rental property and the property manager agree that the property manager will manage, operate, control, rent and lease defined properties listed in the Property Management Agreement. It also defines duties to the property manger, such as decorating, maintenance, alterations, repairs and advertising the apartment for rent, house for rent, apartment for rent, etc. It recognizes that the owner of the rental property shall hold the property manager harmless from any and all claims, charges, debts, demands and lawsuits.
