Recommendations for General Release Agreement

We recommend that the landlord and tenant both sign the General Release Agreement in the presence of a witness and that both the landlord and tenant keep a signed copy of the General Release Agreement along with a copy of the lease agreement/rental contract that the General Release Agreement is dissolving.
