This spacious room is located in a Dupont Circle historic, modernly-renovated row house, 2 blocks from the red line Dupont Circle metro station. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and 50-inch tv. THE FUTON IN THE 2ND PIC HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A LARGE GLASS AND WOOD DESK, office chair and mini-fridge. (see pics #3-4). There also is a large, red swivel chair in front of the 50-inch tv (see pics #5-6). The room has an en-suite private bathroom with large walk-in shower and dual sinks. Utilities, wifi, and furnishings are included.

The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the 3rd floor.

Tenants have full access to first floor which contains: fully furnished and equipped living and dining rooms; kitchen; and back deck. This floor also has original crown molding, hardwood floors, 11-foot ceilings and two fireplaces.

Housemates undergo a background check. Proof of Covid vaccination and booster required. There is a 500 dollar refundable damage fee and a one hundred dollar non-refundable move-out cleaning fee.

You will share the house with:
a female 25-year old consultant who works both from home and in the office. I am the 51-year old manager who works from home. A 42-year old female executive resides her for work 65% of the time and is at home in the U.K. the rest of the time period We are friendly with each other but more often than not, socialize outside of the home. Occasionally any one of us will have a few friends over. This is not a party house; this is grown folks housing, lol.
