Subletting my beautiful apartment at The Rive!! Management is super awesome, very accommodating, and I am very flexible with start/end dates and pricing. The apartment is on the 9th floor, so it has large windows and a huge kitchen/living room. My room and all communal spaces are completely furnished! We are keeping all our kitchen utensils and decor, so they are free to use. My bathroom is completely private as well!

My roommates and I are currently all subleasing our rooms in this unit, so it would be great if you are looking for a group of rooms or want to live with friends! I currently pay $1,550/month, so the price Im offering is almost half of what I currently pay, making this an amazing deal for the space and location!

Please message me if you are interested or want more pictures/details!! I am happy to answer any questions, and I am very flexible with dates and pricing :)
