Hi, Im looking for someone who can formally take over the lease for my full furnished private studio in an apartment building near Judkins Park Station. The lease would start beginning November and end near the end of April and you can renew after if needed. This will be an official lease transfer so you will be paying the management company that owns the apartment.
The studio is fully furnished and features:

Queen Size Bed, TV, Sofa, Fridge, Dishwasher
Cooking appliances, Dining ware and Utensils
