The sublease can be for either:

January 1 May 31, 2027
January 1 July 31, 2027

Rent is $975/month + utilities.

The house has a full kitchen, shared living room, in-unit washer/dryer, and two bathrooms shared between the three bedrooms. The bedroom itself is pretty spacious and has enough room for a bed, desk, and additional furniture.

Im looking specifically for a people roommate since the other roommates in the house are people.
