- Great surrounding amenities 5 min walk to the bus stop and the Link station; major supermarkets (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, H Mart, and a friendly supermarket) and Bellevue Square are all within a 15 min walk.

Unit
- Top-floor penthouse position: 660 sqft. The whole building is concrete construction, so no footstep noise from upstairs very quiet (Im a light sleeper).
- East-facing courtyard: being woken up by sunlight is genuinely rare in the Seattle area, and the room is bright every morning. Very open view, and not facing a main road.

Price
- I signed during the off-season so the rate is lower original rent $2,800+/month, current net rent $2,680/month.
- Official transfer through the building; lease runs until May 2027, renewable.

Move-in date
- Available October exact date negotiable.
