I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment from January to July 2028. The full term is for August 2027-July 2028 but I will be graduating from NC State in December 2027. This space is located within Redpoint Raleigh. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse, and pool. My roommate and I are looking to sublease our rooms; our third roommate will be staying. The furniture package and all utilities except for power are included. Redpoint also has a shuttle to campus and a pet-friendly option.
