This apartment is $1000, with everything included and the month of September will be free for whoever takes it over.
The lease runs until July 19, 2027.
This is a private master suite with its own private bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are already fully furnished and stocked, so you wont have to worry about buying living room furniture or a bunch of kitchen stuff.
The complex also has a tennis court, pool, and 24/7 fitness center, and is really in a beautiful spot surrounded by a great neighborhood.
There is currently one roommate living here, and he has two dogs. It is in a very convenient spot if you go to USF, as it is very close to the campus.
