Looking for a female subletter for my apartment for the winter semester. The apartment is walking distance to the University of Ottawa and several green spaces nearby. It is also walking distance from 2 grocery stores. Subletter would have 2 female roommates who are 4th and 5th year science students. There is in unit washer dryer, ac, and heating. the kitchen has up to date appliances.. Utilities paid would be paid separately from rent (22.60 for Wifi, and hydro based on use divided by 3).
