I am currently looking for someone to sublet my spot at The Hayward for the D3 Loft layout. The rent is 795/month plus monthly utilities, and the unit features a private bathroom and bedroom which is furnished. Also included is a full sized kitchen, in-unit laundry, and wifi which are all shared with three male roommates.
Optional parking pass is added for 50/month (can be removed) which gives any parking space in the secure, multi-level, gated garage.
The lease term runs from September 23 2026, to August 31 2027 (with the option to renew).
Building Amenities: Pool, hot tub, fitness center, Amazon lockers, secure bike storage, and outdoor seating.
I will cover the first month of rent for anyone who takes the lease.
