Hi everyone! I am moving to Colorado at the end of November and I am looking to have someone take over my lease. My lease isnt up until June and I am really trying to avoid having to pay the money to break the lease. I have a 1 bed 1 bath in the Westshore area only 5 mins away from the airport and the international mall. Water, sewage, and trash are included in the rent. The rent is $1737.
