Looking for someone to take over the lease for my Gold Coast studio, September 2026 thru March 8th, 2027. 33rd Floor, top floor unit, north facing with a view of the lake. Great location, walk to everything, 2 minute walk to the Redline (Clark/Division), Jewel, tons of bars and restaurants on Division. Quick walk to the lake and Lincoln Park.

Functional studio, good size kitchen, floor to ceiling windows, central a/c, dishwasher and tons of storage. The building has a 24 hour door person, package lockers, pool, gym, laundry, BBQ area, additional storage locker for each unit, and a guest suite that can be rented for friends and family. The building is pet friendly.

Base rent is $2053 + 75 utilities fee (water, sewage) - $2128 a month
The tenant is responsible for electricity and wifi. I use ComEds predictable billing and pay $65 a month. There is a parking garage adjacent to the building where parking may be available but you would have to inquire with the property management as to cost and availability. Im fully out of the apartment so if youre approved to take over the lease you would be able to move in immediately.
