Hi! We live in a great house in North Sarasota and are moving out Nov 30th, but need a roommate for the end of our lease - this would be for the rest of September, October, and November. The house and room are furnished and rent is $700 + $125 for a share of utilities = $825 / month total.

We are two hardworking males who are used to living with females - our current roommate is a female and can give us a reference if needed. Were looking for a clean and respectful roommate for these last 3 months.
