I recently moved out of LA after finishing my internship and am looking for someone to take over my furnished room in Hollywood near Sunset Blvd for 2/3 months.

Rent is $1,650/month and utilities + WiFi are included.

The apartment has:

* Full kitchen
* Furnished common areas
* Convenient Hollywood location near Trader Joes, restaurants, gyms and the 101

The room is already vacant and available to move into immediately.

This would go through the property management company, so they would send you the application and handle approval/lease paperwork.
