This is a short term rental for the winter months. Ideally late December - early February with a pro-rated rate for partial month stay. Apartment is very comfortable with all amenities included. Street parking is available along Sawtelle and close to historic friendly community. Great food all around, traditional Oaxacan, Salvadoran and Mediterranean food and very close to Venice, Santa Monica and Ocean Park beaches. Internet and Amazon Prime TV available. lots of natural sunlight, greenery and a cozy space for resting from city bustle.
