The building itself has a 24hr fitness center, an elevator, a rooftop with a stunning view of the lake and city, and theres a laundry room on the lower floor that is $2.25 per load.

As for location this unit is in Buena Park, just shy of Uptown and is about a 20 minute walk from Montrose beach. The neighborhood is peaceful and is within walking distance of tons of restaurants, groceries stores, and cool shops and venues.Its about a 10 minute walk from the Sheridan red line stop and is within walking distance of 6 different bus stops. Theres also free street parking available.
