You will get your own bedroom/bathroom.. Kitchen and TV space will be shared with a female.

Rental parking is available in the building.

First and last month rent ($1400 + $1400) due before moving in. Also, there is a $200 refundable security deposit required. If you need an elevator to move furniture in and out then there are move-in fees ($250) and move-out fees ($250). GREAT NEWS- electricity and internet are included in the rent :)
