This apartment is in a great North Boulder location, right by Safeway and close to public transportation to CU Boulder. Its about a 10-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride to campus.

Youd be taking over my room in a third floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment and would have your own private bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Rent is $1,220 per month (utilities not included), and the lease term would be from October 1st 2026 (somewhat flexible) through July 15th 2027. Youd be living with a female sopre at CU, who is friendly, clean, and pretty independent.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and in-unit washer/dryer. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, and pantry. The unit comes with 1 reserved parking space, and there are many free visitor parking spots available. The community also has a pool and hot tub for residents!
