Lease takeover at Flats on Vine for 1 bed 1 bath apartment.

I am moving out in September for work and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease through February, you then have the option to re-sign. No security deposit or move in fees since Im leaving mine for you!

Parking it directly under the building with an elevator and stairs connecting you up. 3rd floor unit so no noise above you and after living here for 3 years, I can confirm you cannot hear your neighbors to the sides. I have loved being here and so central to everything Columbus!

If you were interested in having the apartment remain furnished, I am open to discussion.
