2BR/1BA University Village Lease Takeover First 2 Months Rent Covered!
Hi! Im looking for someone to take over my 2 bed/1 bath apartment at University Village near OSU ASAP. My plans changed unexpectedly, so Im hoping to find someone who can take over the lease.

$1,229.95/month TOTAL for the whole apartment (about $615/person if split between )
First 2 months of rent fully covered by me
Lease through July 27, 2027
Laundry unit
Gas, water/sewer & trash included
Electricity + internet separate
Unfurnished
Parking available through University Village, subject to availability/fees
$400/person lease transfer fee + UV application/admin fee
The takeover would be done officially through the University Village leasing office. You would apply and sign the new lease directly through them, so everything can be verified with UV. You would take over the lease ASAP, but I would cover your first two months of rent. After that, you would be responsible for the regular monthly rent for the remainder of the lease.
