I love this location: its within walking distance to Loring Park, the Walker Art Centre, and Downtown Minneapolis. The neighborhood is gorgeous to walk through, and its very close to the lakes. Bus route 25 stops right outside the apartment, and a stop for Route 4 is a very short walk away. The unit itself has a very nice view of Hennepin Avenue and is right on the 1st floor.

The unit is fully furnished: comes with a TV + Stand / Shelves, Couch, Desk, a Bed + Bedframe (queen-size), and a window AC unit. The kitchen has everything you need with a stove, a spacious fridge, and a dishwasher. Laundry is coin-op and located in the other two buildings.

Applicants will need to be approved by management and provide proof of income. Electric + internet (Id recommend USI) not included. While pets are allowed with management approval, dogs are not allowed at this location.
