Hey yall! Looking for someone to take over the lease on our 3 bed/2 bath house in Zilker, right off South Lamar. Available around October 1st and the current lease runs through May 31, 2027.

Rent is $3,300/month + utilities for the entire house. Great location, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, backyard, washer/dryer, and plenty of living space.

Im also open to someone taking over just my portion of the lease for $1,650/month if youre looking for a room instead. Youd have your own bedroom and private bathroom and share the house with one people roommate and her two cats.

Lease takeover would be subject to landlord approval.
