Hi! Im looking for someone to take over my lease for a spacious studio at West 77 Apartments, located between River North and Gold Coast in downtown Chicago.
(This site doesnt let me put 0 for # of bed room but its a studio with no roommates!)
Current studio rents in the building are approximately $2,535$3,327/month as of early August, but I was able to negotiate a great renewal rate, so the rent for this unit is only $2,005/month, including water and gas.
Youll also have the option to renew the lease after March 31, 2027.

- 2nd week of October move-in preferred
- Move-in date can be flexible within October

My favorite things about the apartment are the reasonable rent, spacious studio layout, separate kitchen, convenient transportation, and easy access to four major grocery stores.
