I am looking for a 2 to 6 month sublease between now and January 30th. My apartment is on the 3rd floor and is south facing with lots of natural light. The A,C & E, 1,2 & 3, L, and F lines are all within 1 to 3 blocks. The building is a pre-war walk-up and is an HDFC. The NYS Co-op Sublease will be the primary contract. While this is our primary residence, most of our personal belongings will be in storage during the rental period. You will have empty drawers, plenty of closet space, and shelving for your personal items. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans, and glasses for every occasion. There is a NutriBullet, Instant pot, moka pot, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and plenty of pots and pans.

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. You will have access to the laundry and the backyard.

Other things to note
This apartment is part of a HDFC and therefore subject to income restrictions. Please message me before booking so that I can answer all of your questions and make sure you are comfortable with this rental. Proof of income will be in the form of a tax return showing income no greater than 165% of median income. For 2026 this is $196,020. For two people this is $223,905. These figures come from the New York City 2026 AMI. The NYS Co-op Sublease will be the primary contract.
