Im looking for someone to sublet my studio apartment while Im away working on a cruise ship. This is a great option for a student, easy going professional, or anyone looking for temporary housing in LA. Its about a 5 minute drive from USC Campus!

The apartment is a private studio with its own kitchen and bathroom, plus a spacious closet with plenty of storage. There is also a shared laundry room in the basement.

Rent: $1,500/month + utilities
Utilities typically run approximately $100$200/month.

No AC (just want to be upfront about that!), but otherwise the apartment is a comfortable and convenient space.

Im looking for a responsible and respectful subletter who will keep the apartment clean and in good condition while Im away. Available from September 2026 to July 2027, but youre welcome to sign in for any length within that period.
