Location. 1440 Wake Forest Dr (C line bus stop right outside, 2-minute bike to Trader Joes, 5-minute bike to the ARC and campus)

Rent. $880/month or $905/month all-in:
- $880 base rent
- $15 (optional) bedroom furniture set (bed frame, mattress, nightstand, desk, chair, two dressers)
- $10 utility services fee (covers water, sewer, and trash)

Deposit. $500
