Hello! I am subleasing my room in the Bothell area (we are like 7 minutes from the Bothell downtown area). The rental is a townhouse with two bedrooms and a bonus room. The whole rental is furnished and my room can keep the furniture or I can take it. The room has a private bathroom. The other roommate is a 25 year old female and she has two cats. The cats are very friendly and we are very clean and tidy. The rent does not include utilities but those are split between the two roommate evenly. There is a garage and the roommate and I would take turns using that spot otherwise there is a parking spot in the driveway. The area is spacious and cozy. If you have any questions or want to tour the space please reach out! The move in date is flexible! The lease ends 3/13/2027. The security deposit can be discussed if serious about subleasing!
