Hello, I am seeking to sublease my room in my two unit apartment. It is in student housing apartment but you do not have to student to live here (I am a non-student and my current roommate will be as well). But, the apartment is very nice and its located inside of a safe secured building. The apartment is fully furnished and all utilities are included except for the electricity bill.
