A beautiful rooftop that, honestly, feels like my own private rooftop because I swear Im the only one who ever goes up there.
A decent sized gym with a Peloton.
Rival Bros Coffee is downstairs, which has been both a blessing and a curse (for my wallet).
There is a lot of closet space if you have a shopping problem like I do.
The apartment gets great natural light, the building is well-maintained, and the location is hard to beat.
