Spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment located in the heart of downtown Morgantown. I am the current tenant, but I am interested in moving to another apartment and want to assign my lease to someone else. Im aiming to go by August 1st!

The apartment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, central air and heating, and two(!) balconies. It offers a view of the Monongahela River and the Westover bridge. The apartment building is also protected by a security code for added safety.

The beds and living-room futon in the pictures are mine and DO NOT come with the apartment, but the couch and the futon on the balcony came with the apartment. Utilities are NOT included in rent, tenant pays all. Parking is available for an added fee. I dont have pets, so theyre not included in my lease, but you may be able to discuss the possibility of modification with the landlord (I am not affiliated with him and make no representations as to what he will or wont agree to). Im available to answer questions as well as schedule tours, if requested.

The lease term runs through May 31, 2027. Tenants pay all utilities, including a yearly garbage fee. $800 security deposit due at signing. Pets and parking are both added fees. Landlord is responsible for repairs, but tenants are responsible for reporting issues using the online portal, which can also be used to pay rent.
