Im looking for someone to either sublet my room from August 1 through January 1 or take over the lease through July 1. I was recently accepted into a graduate program later than expected, so Ill no longer be able to live here.

* Large private bedroom in a shared apartment (unfurnished, never lived in during this lease)
* $1,200/month (gas and electric not included)
* In-unit washer and dryer

* Indoor bike parking

The apartment is located in the heart of Bed-Stuy, less than 10 minute walk to the J, M, and Z lines and 20 minutes from the A and C. Great coffee shops, bars, and bodegas on the same block along with neighborhood parks.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming home, and were looking for someone who will help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming living environment for everyone.
