Utilities: Heat and electricity not included (generally $100$200/month, depending on the season)
Parking: Each of those rooms have one off-street (tandem) parking spot is available. The above rent numbers already include the $170/month value of the parking space. If you dont need the parking spot, that $170 will be split among the three roommates, lowering your monthly rent.

Great location with easy access to the Red Line, plus lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The space is quite large, and the upstairs living room and kitchen get plenty of natural light.

Roommates:
One man (and whoever gets the other room if youre not looking for both) who likes playing board games, making art, checking out vintage markets, reading, and watching movies. Pretty laid-back and enjoys hanging out when it happens naturally, but also respects each others space. Would love to live with someone whos friendly and open to getting to know each other.

Looking For:
Either a man or woman whos responsible, clean, and easy to live with. Since its a shared space, its important that youre considerate and help keep the common areas tidy.

Wed ideally like someone whos down to hang out occasionally but also respects personal space.
