This newly-remodeled 2-bedroom in Hyde Park gets tons of natural light, has a new kitchen, and comes furnished. 3 blocks from the streetcar, it is walking distance to Westport and 2 grocery stores, but is tucked away in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. There is a pool in the complex and laundry in the adjacent building. There is free parking on site and gated parking for an extra $50/month (I park outside, and it has been fine so far). Utilities are $40/month for internet and roughly $60 - $100/month for electricity and gas. I am going to be out of the country for a few months and am looking for someone to either sublease while Im gone or join the lease as a roommate. My bedroom is available while Im gone and includes a Tempur-pedic mattress, dresser and end tables, and blackout curtains. The other bedroom could be used as a bedroom or office. It includes a cabinet and shelves and a queen-sized plush air mattress with a 3-inch Tempur-pedic topper (you are also welcome to bring furniture).
