Period: I am subletting my room in a WG for August and September. I can be flexible about the beginning and ending dates of the rental period.
Furniture: It is a well-furnished room with bed (new and very comfortable), wardrobe, desk, chair - everything in the picture. I will also leave some things for your use such as sheets, towels, hairdryer, pillows etc. And everything you would need is available in the kitchen (filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, water filter, dishwasher, oven, cutlery etc.)
The room has morning sun for around 3 hours. There is no common area but there is balcony that you can reach from my flatmates room, just ask to him :)
Transportation: There is bus stop in front of the building. It takes 5 minutes by bus and about 10 minutes on foot to the U3 Frstenried West station.
Supermarket: Lidl and Rewe are right across the street, and Rossmann is less than a 5-minute walk away. Theres also a shopping area near the metro station with Rewe, Penny, a Turkish market, an friendly market, a pharmacy, post office, etc.
Your Flatmates: I also have amazing flatmates, who are tidy and friendly who you can get along well easily. Our home dynamic is quite friendly, and open to communication.

1. Tolga is a METU graduate (male), also from Turkey. Hes enrolled in a masters program at the LMU. He likes working on amateur photography, playing video games (would make you eat his dust in Mario Kart), and sometimes paints.
2. Nihat (male) is also a master student at TUM and from Turkey. He is mostly working remote at home.

Its also important to us that the person moving in is LGBTQ+ friendly :)
