Were subletting our cozy, renovated West Philly house for about a month while we travel, and were looking for someone reliable to stay in it (and possibly look after our two cats). Its comfortable and move-in ready, with everything you need for an easy stay.
Available August 1 through September 30, 2026. Dates flexible, one-month minimum.

Rent is $1490/month including all utilities and wifi, which goes down to $1,000 if you are open to cat-sitting and light house-sitting responsibilities. We can chat more about the details and negotiate a fair price.

- Cobbs Creek neighborhood, on the cusp of Cedar Park
- Walking distance to Malcolm X Park and lots of restaurants and shops: Toast, Little Bean (coffee), Cleos Bagels, Bookers, Loco Pez, Mariposa food co-op, Doro Bet, and more
- 10-min walk to the 51st & Baltimore trolley stop; 15-min walk to 52nd & Market on the Market-Frankford line
- A few minutes by bike to the Clark Park farmers market
- 2030 min to Center City by SEPTA, or about 30 min by bike
- Happy to lend you a bike
