The apartment is in a quiet part of Greenpoint by McGolrick park, a neighborhood park that is perfect for summertime picnics. About a 16 minute walk from the G-train or L-train. There is also a bus stop directly outside of the apartment.

Fully furnished with three large closets and plenty of overhead storage above the closets.

The apartment has a cozy living room, lots of plants, 2 ACs, and a kitchen with plenty of counter space, a pantry closet, and many appliances for those who enjoy cooking. We also have a gym and laundry in the building. There are many coffee shops nearby as well as a grocery store.
