I need someone to sublease the place for the entire two semesters, if possible. If not, we can talk about subleasing for either the first or second semester. The place is really close to campus and has a nice view over Purdue. It is very close to the nightlife of Purdue. It does not include electric or cable. Electric is usage-based, and cable is, if desired, you can pay for it.
