I have a room available for rent in a three bedroom house in North Portland near Peninsula Park! The home has a huge yard and garden, garage/work shop, gear room, and lots of cozy spaces. There are dozens of plants and lots of of space to exist in the home. Youll be living with Female (she/her), mid 30s and working . Works from home. Has lived in Portland for a long time.

The third bedroom (master) and additional living room are downstairs and are occupied by a late 30s guy (he/him) and his pooch. Hes also a skiier, biker, outdoorsy lad who cooks incredible meals just as often as frozen pizza. He shares this kitchen but has a separate entrance and private space downstairs.

The room available is the same size as the one pictured but its a corner room and has two windows.
We appreciate keeping all public spaces clean and tidy and value empathy, open communication, transparency and authenticity. Generally chill, down to earth and not really a partier but do love having people over for BBQs, fire pit hangs, board game nights and potlucks.garage and storage is also available
