Im subletting my apartment, located right on the Fort Greene/Clinton Hill border, near the G and C trains and close to Barclays Center. Its a fantastic neighborhood Ive lived here six years and its by far my favorite place Ive called home in New York.
I rent directly from my landlord, who lives upstairs and is aware of and supportive of this arrangement while Im away.
