Ciao! Affitto una camera singola ampia e luminosa dal 20 luglio fino alla fine di settembre, con possibilit di estendere il contratto a lungo termine dal 1 ottobre. Laffitto di 380 al mese, tutto incluso (utenze e internet).

Qualche informazione sullappartamento:

* Ci sono gi due studentesse che vivono in casa.
* Il bus 24 ferma proprio sotto casa, mentre il tram a circa 13 minuti a piedi.
* Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e negozi (Ali, Pam e iNs).

Hi! Im renting out a bright and spacious single room from July 20th until the end of September, with the possibility of extending to a long-term stay from October 1st. Rent is 380 per month, everything included (utilities + internet).
